Igor Kubik

From dismantling his toys and their driving mechanisms into pieces from childhood, he endeavored to find the relationships and connections that bind reality together. Through daily observation of nature, he acquired a conviction in the existence of a pattern that would be the true key to understanding the universe. He continued his adventure with visually describing his fascinations at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, which he completed in 2017 under the guidance of Grażka Lange and Monika Hanulak. Ferns taught him that with a single leaf, one can describe the entire world, and that different things - though they have different forms - can constitute unity. Relationships, cycles, rhythms, and patterns are the engines of his imagination.
