Terra Erogenous – mega clitoris, mega dong is a series of photos depicting how sexuality/sensuality has exceeded man. Libido moves from subjectivity, transcending towards objectivity. In other words: human sexuality is liberated from the human being, it becomes a new cause; a power that transforms things and the landscape.
This is the aetiological story. At the beginning, it was a simple sensitivity – some spots awaking delight while touched. The first myths and art moved the border beyond the body to the islands of songs, dances, rituals, sculptures, poems, paintings … Money and reproductions buried empty spaces between people and the snips of lands to create a single State. Next, computers and networks caused the body, things and ground to become bonded sensuality, one planet – Terra Erogenous.
Kamil I focuses his attention on life. In photography, he captures the whole chaos of vitality; human nature; what surrounds us. Due to the intensified way he captures images, his threads have a specific, colourful strip at the bottom of the image. This allows the viewer to get to know each other better in a given series of photographs, and gives the recognizable character.
“…Ascend cosmic work, in the sense that different values could be suggested through its content. It would seem that biased topics make any search impossible, because the closer they close the observer within the limits of their own range, the better the author is. Instead of an addictive and dazzling search for something that was not yet dramatic and controversial, I would like to present a work that would not kidnap the viewer, but make him a partner by force, whispering other, more esoteric themes into conventional themes. To provoke, to assume writing between poems, to give something like a façade with trees and windows; behind it would be a mystery, which the reader-jointer would try to look for.”
